Marni Nygard, Esq., serves as Co-President and General Securities Principal at AEI, where she helps drive the firm’s real estate investment strategy, from acquisitions through disposition, while also overseeing compliance. Since joining AEI in 2005, she has played a central role in the firm’s growth, contributing to more than $1 billion in acquisitions since 2008. She began her career as an attorney with CI Title, working across both residential and commercial real estate transactions, and brings that legal and transactional depth to her leadership today. Kristin Waddell joined AEI as the Chief Financial Officer in May of 2026, having previously served as the Controller from 2013 to 2015. With more than 20 years of finance experience across both the public and private sectors, she brings a strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational management. Her approach is noted for balancing strategic planning with day-to-day fiscal oversight while building strong working relationships across organizations and leadership teams. Paula joined AEI in 2002 and works to drive corporate initiatives for the development, analysis, marketing, and management of AEI Capital Corporation and its alternative investment products. Stacy McMahon, CCIM serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for AEI Capital Corporation.
