Marni Nygard, Esq., serves as Co-President and General Securities Principal at AEI, where she helps drive the firm’s real estate investment strategy, from acquisitions through disposition, while also overseeing compliance.

Since joining AEI in 2005, she has played a central role in the firm’s growth, contributing to more than $1 billion in acquisitions since 2008. She began her career as an attorney with CI Title, working across both residential and commercial real estate transactions, and brings that legal and transactional depth to her leadership today.

Ms. Nygard holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her JD from William Mitchell College of Law. She also holds the FINRA Series 22, 63, and 24 licenses.

Outside of work, Marni enjoys spending time during the summer up north on the lake, often with friends planning their next tropical sailing adventure.
