AEI Funds and DSTs have invested in a diverse cross section of retail, healthcare, office and industrial properties nationwide over the course of more than four decades. Since our inception, we have acquired, managed, and/or developed more than $1.56 billion in properties. As of December 31, 2023, AEI has acquired 514 properties in 44 states, currently manages 236 properties, and is actively growing our investment portfolio throughout the nation.
