AEI Funds and DSTs have invested in a diverse cross section of retail, healthcare, office and industrial properties nationwide over the course of more than four decades. Since our inception, we have acquired, managed, and/or developed more than $1.61 billion in properties. As of December 31, 2024, AEI has acquired 518 properties in 44 states, currently manages 232 properties, and is actively growing our investment portfolio nationwide.
