Saint Paul, MN.  January 7, 2025 — AEI Capital Corporation, a real estate investment Sponsor, has successfully raised more than $27 million for its private investment offering, AEI Healthcare Portfolio V DST. Filed in June 2024, the offering is now fully subscribed and closed to new investors.

The DST portfolio consists of three specialized healthcare properties that are net-leased to national tenants, a Community Health Network and two Orlando Health properties, purchased for an undisclosed amount. These properties, located in Indiana and Florida, total a combined area of 56,930 square feet.

Each asset within this DST is situated in expanding markets and operates in a specialized healthcare sector. The properties feature long-term leases with rental escalators, backed by the full faith and credit of the corporate tenant and/or guarantor.
